How close to the under eye lids can microneedling be done?

Thank you for your question. Yes, PRP with microneedling is great for under the eyes. The skin is pulled down towards the cheek bone and treated on the bone (away from the eye). This combination treatment of the skin gives great results. Make sure to see an experienced physician comfortable with the delicate anatomy around the eyes. Good luck.

RF (radio frequency) micro-needling with PRP in the area under the eyes can produce very dramatic results in the right candidates.  I recommend a proper evaluation by a board-certified plastic surgeon to make sure that this is the right procedure for you.  Furthermore, make sure the micro-needling device is FDA approved.
