I am going to try micro needling for texture, discoloration, and acne. I am wanting to know if it will also help with very mild skin laxity
Answer: Microneedling and skin laxity Thank you for asking the question about the benefit of improving the laxity of skin with microneedling. Yes, the quality of the skin improves, but it can be further enhanced by combining the procedure with PRP (platelet rich plasma). This technique also help with scars and wrinkles. See an experienced doctor who can perform this combination approach. Good luck.

Answer: Micro Needling and skin laxity Micro needling has many benefits. The technique induces minimal trauma to the skin by the actual micro-needle itself. The micro needling also helps deliver nutrients (such as vitamins, growth factors, hydrating factors, etc) into the deeper skin where they help to stimulate growth of skin and improve the health of the skin. Also, the needling stimulates collagen production. Overall, skin health and skin laxity will improve. This should lead to improvement in fine lines and wrinkles.
