For as long as I am remember Ive been insecure about my jaw line and how big my chin is. I've tried Kybella and it didn't really make a difference. My nostrils are also very asymmetrical. What you suggest I do to improve my appearance. 47year old female.

Answer: Facelift and rhinoplasty together... Based on your photos, you can certainly make an improvement in your neck and jawline with a lower face and neck lift. You have to have reasonable expectations because of the oblique direction of your neck. You will never have a 90 degree angled neck, but it can be significantly better with a well performed lift. It looks like the cartilage at the end of your nose is crooked and the tip is a bit big. These can be improved with rhinoplasty at the same time. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

Answer: Necklift To improve one's jaw line and chin, the excess fatty tissue is removed with liposuction and at times the deeper fat by direct inside with a scar in the submental/ chin crease. Patient's with good skin quality will often have adequate skin redraping with lipo alone. If excess skin, then skin excision is necessary with either a neck lift or facelift. A facelift best addresses the jawline by repositioning the SMAS and soft tissue.
