Is this the waterfall deformity? 2 weeks and 3 days post op. How can this be fixed? What are the options? (photos)

I got trans-axillary 325cc silicone under muscle. This looks like the waterfall effect to me. I am wanting to know how this can be fixed. Can the doctor go through the same trans-axillary incision point to lower the pocket? Could the trans-axillary approach be done sub-glandular? I do NOT want a lift. I want the implant where my nipple is.
