Question

Doubts on surgeon. My surgeon says I can only have 375cc mod profile, and if I want high profile I can only have 485cc and not less. I attached my wish pics. Does 375cc mod profile Natrelle give me a similar result? I'm 5'3 138lbs, 22y/o without kids. My surgery is in 5 weeks.

It sounds like your surgeon is using dimensional planning based on the measurements of your breasts. As he or she has had the benefits of examining and measuring your chest, it would be hard to disagree based on the information you've provided and photos alone. An accurate second opinion would require a formal consultation with another plastic surgeon.

There isn't one implant size that is the only size that would work for you.  The result with each different size and profile has a different look, and I think that you would do well with a high profile implant.  Go to a plastic surgeon consultation where you can try on the different sizes and profiles.  Then you can see what each one will look like on your body and frame.  Then you can make an informed decision about which one looks best to you.  Best of luck!

I always advise getting a few consults.  You can view what the implants will look like using 3D breast implant imaging.  You can control for both volume and profile.

The thing about plastic surgery is that good surgeons will tell you that you can't always have everything you want.....for your safety. Your surgeon is probably trying to keep you safe by respecting your chest measurements, skin quality, etc. Suppose a surgeon puts in implants that are bigger than your dimensions or puts too much stretch on the skin. In that case, the possibilities of complications and needing revisionary surgery are practically predictable. Just because the computer interpretation of your result can show it to you, doesn't mean it will look like that or work out well. My advice is to listen to your surgeon and go with a size that will decrease your risk. Best Wishes.
