Why is my tip so large after 2 Rhinoplasties? Having 3rd op to try to fix again & want to know how this can be fixed?

I had my first Open Rhinoplasty in Jan. 2014. The goal was to take out a bump in the bridge and make my tip smaller. Tip stayed large. We had a revision at the 1yr mark and my Dr said I had loads of scar tissue inside which is why my tip was so big. Now we are going for ANOTHER revision. Feel my nostrils are flared, tip upturned, huge and rounded. What went wrong? What can make this time different? I have found this all so traumatising and feel my original profile pic looks much better than now.
