Permalip lip removal? What will they look like and what is the pain like?

They are easy to remove and the cost should be less than $600-$800 dollars in most practices.  However your original surgeon may remove them for less if he or she knows that you are not happy.

In my experience, removal of Permalip implants is relatively easy, however you should be aware that this does require another procedure, with the attendant risks of scars and limited range of your lips.  Like any implant, you must get used to the enhancement both from the cosmetic as well as functional aspects.  Ask your PS for advice on exercises +/- massage techniques and try to "salvage" your implants.  Perhaps when you feel that they have integrated and make you less self-conscious, you may decide to keep them.  The pain of removal is generally quite mild, much less than implantation.  Good luck.
