Uneven upper lip muscles? (Photo)

I used to think it was a size issue but now I'm convinced it's a muscle issue. The right side of my upper lip lifts higher than my left. The rest of my face is even. If you see me try to hide the problem, you'd see me scrunch one side of my face as if I was snarling on that one side. Can surgery be done to fix this? Is there a natural way to fix it?

Thanks for the question, it is possible to control the corner of the mouth by using botox against muscles that pull down the  corner of the mouth
