Can blackhead extraction on filler site ruin the fillers?

I have gotten fillers on my nose, tip and between the eyebrows. I, however have blackheads that need to be extracted. Do I risk ruining the fillers if I extract them myself using a tool? I would need to press firmly against my skin to extract the blackheads.

Thank you for the photo and question.  It seems that a little Botox to relax the muscles on the side and possibly some filler in the corners will perk your mouth up!  Good luck!

Thank you for including a picture.  I agree that you would be best served seeing someone that is an expert injector to have a bit of Botox injected to relax the lip and a filler such as Restylane injected in the corner of the mouth to upturn the appearance of a "frown".  Good Luck!

Hi Petewill and thanks for sharing your concerns. First all, I'm sorry you're going through all this family drama and I certainly hope things turn around for you soon! I have not heard of crying affecting a filler before, but certainly it is not completely impossible that this could happen....
