It is not typical to experience swelling nine months after filler treatment. You may want to speak to your injector and/or your rheumatologist about your swelling to determine treatment options. Typically lip filler lasts for 6-12 months.

Hi @elena1200, You can inject a few units of Botox into the DAO muscle. Treatment will cause the corners of the mouth to be slightly lifted, giving the mouth a more relaxed, happy, youthful and pleasing appearance. You would likely repeat this treatment a few times a year.
