9 year old Implant stuck in upper pectoral muscle - how can this be treated?

My implants are 9 years old. Over the past few years Ive noticed pain and tightness in my right pec. Espcially after exercise, like light pushups. I specifically noticed painful bumps near my armpit & most recently noticed that if i raise my right arm, there is a tight band pulling from the top of my peck down into my breast. I’ve been scanned and do not have any breast cancer. Ive gone for one consultation where i was told massaging would help to release the Implant stuck in the upper part of the pec. Would love to know everyone’s thoughts about what may be going on and the best way to treat it. It was also confirmed that the silicone implant is ruptured. Would massage be a bad idea around a rupture? Thanks!
