Replacing saline implants after twenty years - is it necessary if there are no complications?

I am a 46 yr-old caucasian female, 5'7, 135lbs and have 300 cc saline implants (310cc in the left to balance) that were "installed" circa 2023 through armpit incisions, which are not even noticable. I have not had any issues other than some tightness and strange sensations in the firt few years on the right side with the extra 10cc. My surgeon said it was due to healing and needing more massaging to help the implant "drop" into the pocket Mind you, I was a 34 AA prior to the surgery, so 300 cc's for me was all my surgeon would allow due to my skin needing to be stretched slowly to allow my body to adjust and the implants to settle correctly and comfortably. So grateful he did this because they look so natural adI havnt had the balloon boob look most girls have. Now, I am here 20 years later and worried that I need to replace them, but also dont want to risk new issues by goingt into surgery #1, and risking messing up a good thing #2. What if they look bad, dont heal right, dont feel natural, leak, have scar tissue, etc.. I havr so many friends taking theirs out dud to illness and leaks, but they have the "gummy bear" and silicone ones. I have and only want saline. I guess my questions are do any surgeons still use saline implants and is it really necessary foe me to replace them with no issues?
