I have had a lot of movement in my chin my whole life with the addition of a prominent muscle that moves when I speak or smile & has gotten worse. I have received Botox in my chin with poor results (made talking very laborious & affected my smile a few times). I am looking for a more permanent solution if there is one. I have noticed my chin fatigues greatly after talking/working all day. Would a genioplasty help? If this is my mentalis muscle, can this be resuspended?
