I am a 26 year old female and I'm very unhappy with my eyelids. They appear to have wrinkles, especially in the creases of my eyes, and they overall make me appear tired. I have attached two photos.

Whether caused by aging, genetics, or sun damage, there are various cosmetic treatments that can address eyelid wrinkles, such as a plasma pen treatment, laser resurfacing, or medical-grade skincare products. Fibroblast therapy with a plasma pen treatment creates a plasma stream of ionized gas that stimulates your body’s natural collagen production, producing smoother, tighter, and rejuvenated skin. Laser resurfacing can diminish fine lines and wrinkles and improve skin quality by removing the outermost layer of skin and allowing new, healthy-looking skin to replace it. Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. Sun-damage, genetics and aging are some factors contributing to wrinkles of the eyelids. For those mild wrinkles treatment with an erbium laser could be beneficial. The eyelid tissue is very sensitive to heat. The erbium laser is the best choice for this area because it generates minimal heat. Make an appointment with an oculoplastic surgeon with experience with the erbium.

Hello. Your upper eyelids appear to have a nice defined and symmetrical eyelid crease position on both sides. Your left eye opening seems larger and this is partially due to the left lower eyelid being positioned slightly lower. You may benefit from a lower eyelid tightening (canthopexy) to reduce the asymmetry. Would not recommend an upper eyelid surgery at this time. Do make sure to use a medical grade eye cream as part of your skincare routine. Visit an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best recommendations.

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. There is not enough laxity in your upper lid to recommend surgery. I would recommend a good eye cream to start (like Obaji eye cream). You could then consider a light chemical peel, Thermage or PlasmaPen. Good luck to you.

It seems that you have asymmetry eyes because of your asymmetry bone structure. As you can see from your photos, the height of eyebrows and eyes are different. What we can fix the the asymmetry eyebrows, only FOREHEAD LIFT (ENDOTINE) can fix it.
