Rounded eyes after eyelid surgery - is there anything that can be done? (photos)

I had upper eye lid surgery along with a full face CO2 laser. Immediately after the surgery I could see that my eyeshape was rounded and one eye larger than the other. My eyes look and feel smaller. Is there anything that can be done for this and why did this happen?

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos your one eye is more slanted than the other one. For improve the symmetry between your eyes I suggest you cat eye procedure for the rounded eye. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. Best Regards!
