If you can provide photos with better lighting, from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. However, sometimes lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery needs to be combined with cat eye surgery. After the healing process maybe I suggest cat eye for more slanted look for both eyes. Best Regards!

Based on these photos, it appears that on both eyes your canthal tendon is not holding lateral eyelid corners in correct position? Reconstruction of the tendon by means of lateral canthopexy may be a way to correct your current deformity. Hope this helps. Good luck.
