Is it possible to make the outer eye corner shorter?

Question

so is it possible to make the outer eye corner smaller/shorter? if it's possible, I'd really wnat my eyes to be a bit shorter from the eyecorner, to me my natural eyes are a bit too "long". is it possible to bring the corner more inward?

The only way to change lateral corner of the eye is to manipulate lateral canthal tendon, a ligament like structures that keeps eyelid attached to the bone. It is very complex procedure with possibly significant consequences. In person consultation with board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon should be comnsidered. Good luck.
