How could I make my tip pointier, smaller and not as droopy? (I want it to be more "lifted" so that it matches my alar base instead of sitting "under" it). For example Megan Fox's nose. She has a couple of nose jobs herself but is it possible for a bulbous tip like mine to become as small and pointy as hers (in terms of proportions like nostril and alar base to tip ratio, not literally HER nose size slapped on my face, that's not possible because our facial proportions are different, I know).
