My nose is too thin after rhinoplasty, is it possible to make my tip bigger? (Pics)

From the photos it looks like this might be a situation best fixed with non-surgical revision using injectable fillers. Fillers can increase the width, add some fullness to the tip, and smooth out some of the contour irregularities. I prefer to use a temporary filler to start with (Juvederm) to make sure the patient and I like the result. If they do, then once that's gone away I prefer to inject Bellafill (a permanent injectable filler) to preserve those results without requiring periodic touch-ups.All the best,--DCPPearson Facial Plastic Surgery®

If you want to enlarge certain focal areas of the nose, you may want to consider a non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler injections first to see what look you like best. This is easily performed in the office with topical anesthesia. It is a procedure that will need to be repeated as most filler material options are not permanent. yes it can be fixed and there are many ways to do it. Consult your primary surgeon or another rhinoplasty specialist to go over the details. 

Hi, You may be fortunate is that if you can avoid a surgical revision and have filler instead, that would be quite good. Check it out. 

It is possible to make the nose wider with a revision rhinoplasty procedure, but it is important understand this is more difficult due to the fact that there has been previous alterations to the normal anatomy and scar tissue formation.  It is very important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for potential grafting purposes.  The previous operative reports would also be helpful.  Spreader graft placement in the midportion of the nose will help with widening that area.

unfortunately, trying to fix your nose surgically is only going to make it thinner. I would recommend using a filler to cushion your nasal cartilages and to help fix any irregularities. This is safe and some of the filling will create scar tissue which will make your nose look more bulbous as you desire.

A revision rhinoplasty can address the curve and make the tip wider.  This needs to be carefully planned with your surgeon in the pre-op visit.  It involves precisely carved and placed grafts.  Seek out a consult with a revision expert.  Best wishes.

Dear Savanna, One of the photographs above appears that you have a bulbous rotated tip I am assuming this is your before photograph? I would discuss your concerns with your surgeon and discuss what your ultimate final goal is for your nose. Have imaging performed to see what those changes would look like and discuss the techniques that will be sed to attain your desired nose. If your surgeon feels that your goals are attainable with revision surgery then this is always an option.
