Hi I had rhinoplasty surgery a year ago now and my my nose is too thin! My nasal cartilage is too thin I was hoping for a more bulbous nose with a cute round tip. Instead mine nose is so thin and pointy. Is it possible to make my tip bigger after it’s been made so thin? Also my nose isn’t straight and the curve doesn’t look natural :/ my surgeon mentioned he can fix it but didn’t mention making the tip more bulbous..
Answer: Revision rhinoplasty with fillers From the photos it looks like this might be a situation best fixed with non-surgical revision using injectable fillers. Fillers can increase the width, add some fullness to the tip, and smooth out some of the contour irregularities. I prefer to use a temporary filler to start with (Juvederm) to make sure the patient and I like the result. If they do, then once that's gone away I prefer to inject Bellafill (a permanent injectable filler) to preserve those results without requiring periodic touch-ups.All the best,--DCPPearson Facial Plastic Surgery®

Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty may be the best option for you... Hello,Thanks for your question. If you want to enlarge certain focal areas of the nose, you may want to consider a non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler injections first to see what look you like best. This is easily performed in the office with topical anesthesia. It is a procedure that will need to be repeated as most filler material options are not permanent. The upside is that it will let you preview what a possible revision surgery would like like before you sacrifice the time, recovery, and risk of a revision rhinoplasty.Los Angeles has lots of safe injectors to choose from, so do your homework.Good luck,Dr. shah

Answer: My nose is too thin after rhinoplasty, is it possible to make my tip bigger? Permanent nonsurgical rhinoplastic treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for adding volume to your nasal tip, depending on your examination. Necrosis, blindness, biofilm, infection or migration do not occur after microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal treatments. Thank you. Dr Joseph

Answer: You Should Consider Non-surgical Revision Rhinoplasty. Temporary or Permanent Hi, You may be fortunate is that if you can avoid a surgical revision and have filler instead, that would be quite good. Check it out.
