My nose is too thin after rhinoplasty, is it possible to make my tip bigger? (Pics)

From the photos it looks like this might be a situation best fixed with non-surgical revision using injectable fillers. Fillers can increase the width, add some fullness to the tip, and smooth out some of the contour irregularities. I prefer to use a temporary filler to start with (Juvederm) to make sure the patient and I like the result. If you want to enlarge certain focal areas of the nose, you may want to consider a non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler injections first to see what look you like best. This is easily performed in the office with topical anesthesia. It is a procedure that will need to be repeated as most filler material options are not permanent.
