Double lobe upper lip filler, how would one achieve it?

I would like to try to have that look but I don’t see anyone who offers it. How can one achieve it if I were to ask a plastic surgeon to try it?

Depending on your lips, you may be a good candidate for FATMA. FATMA involves creating strategic mucosal soft  tissue rearrangements (the "skin" on the inside of the lips) to roll out the lips from the inside to the out.
