19 days ago someone punched me and since then, a side of my lip looks swollen, uneven. There is a cut inside my mouth.

first things first: you have to let your body heal prior to getting any filler to improve assimtries, I would reccomend you to wait at least a month to consider if lip filler is an option, the tissue around the mouth area tend to swell and inflamate a LOT, and also it take more time than other areas

I'm sorry to hear what happened to you.  Before considering fillers to address the asymmetry you will want to let the area fully heal, including the cut.  Once this has occurred if you still have concerns you can visit with an expert injector for treatment.
