I am a 22 year old female. For my whole life, I have smiled showing both rows of my teeth. It’s something I have always wanted to fix and get very differing opinions on the best way to do so. Some doctors say lip fillers, others veneers, all the way to jaw surgery. I am wanting to get new opinions on the best options.

This can happen with pregnancy or the needle poke of a filler. An aesthetician is unlikely to be able to address this, but, a dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon should be able to treat that quickly. I know in my office we'd get rid of that, almost certainly, in under 5 seconds.
First things first: you have to let your body heal prior to getting any filler to improve assimtries, I would reccomend you to wait at least a month to consider if lip filler is an option, the tissue around the mouth area tend to swell and inflamate a LOT, and also it take more time than other areas
You can always stick with tried-and-true, such as restylane products, which are almost all excellent when used in the lips. You can also go with the basic Juvaderm ultra which works miracles in the lips. I hope this helps and good luck from New York, City, Plastic, Surgery.
