Tendons and muscles post operation: I got 500cc high profile under the muscles.

I had surgery Feb 23, Everything has been good, I have pretty much resumed my every day life. I've noticed that My right side, when i cross my arm like to reach around my self e.g. shave under my other arm. When i reach across my self about a centimeter about my nipple line on the edge of where my skin starts to come off of my chest bone, it feels like a tendon is popping or like a muscle. its a pinching feeling. Im wondering what would cause that?

Thank you for your question and photograph.  The tightness you are describing is quite common when a sizeable implant is placed under the muscle.  Increased pain or swelling should be reported to your plastic surgeon for evaluation.  Best of luck.
