I want bigger breasts, super small waist bigger hips for a more contoured "IG" Model look. (photos)

Question

I would like a more contoured body like some of the girls you see on Instagram. The only places that I can find that give girls that sculpted shapely look is the Dominican Republic. They can make girls waist super small for pennies on the dollar but I've seen more than enough horror stories to make me not want to ever go get cheap surgery in the DR. Is it possible to get this look in America or will I have to travel outside of the Country? Is it possible to get all of these surgeries at one time?

Thanks for your questions and pictures.  I agree that considering such a significant surgery outside of the US comes with many risks.  There are many excellent surgeons in the Dallas area that can give you the look you desire.  The results you are asking for are a common request.  It appears that you are a good candidate for a breast augmentation along with liposuction and a BBL.  Make sure you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon.

To achieve a curvier figure, I would suggest breast implants combined with liposuction of your back, flanks and abdomen. Then I would use that fat to enhance the buttocks (BBL). Good luck!

Thank you for your question and photos. To answer your question, you most certainly can get a similar look in America. However, you have to have realistic expectations. It is common to have a breast augment, liposuction, and even a BBL done at the same time. If a complication were to occur and you had surgery out of the US, you might find it difficult to find a surgeon who would treat another surgeons complication. When looking for a plastic surgeon you should choose a board certified plastic surgeon. I will provide a link for you to find surgeon in your area. Best wishes.

Can I combine liposuction with another procedure? The short answer is yes but really limited. Firstly, we are only allowed to remove 1000cc or 1 liter when we combine procedures. The patient should know that when procedures are combined especially when it includes liposuction the complication rate goes up tremendously.
       High profile are taller and narrower implants when compared to moderate profile implants of the same volume.The decision is usually based on the patient breast dimensions, amount of breast that the patient can contribute to the projection and I also factor the patients desires. I try my best to also respect the skin quality and elasticity in order to prevent future drooping due to unnecessarily heavy implants
         over or under muscle doesn't dictate what size implant we can use.  The muscle coverage is helpful in very thin patients and seems to reduce capsular contracture according to some scientific studies. Under the breast tissue is the most natural feel and has a less chance of animation deformity when the pectoralis muscle contracts. In most instances only the top implant is covered by muscle and the reset of the implant ends up under the breast tissue.
      Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Breast augmentation  and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon and choose one wisely.
      Many surgeons, including myself, offer online virtual consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost. I, like many surgeons, also offer free consultations so that you can be examined and given the most accurate quote possible. Please be mindful that the in person physical exam is the most important and could potentially alter your treatment plan.

I would be cautious going outside of the US for surgery since follow up care may be difficult or impossible. Should a complication occur, you might find it difficult to find a surgeon who would treat another surgeon's complications. You can find excellent surgeons in your area who can do the breast augmentation, liposuction for more definition,. and even fat transfer to the buttocks. You do need to be realistic about what can and cannot be changed about your body.
