If your face is too wide because of the bow of your zygomatic arches, cheekbone reduction osteotomies would be effective.
Hi, non smiling photos of your face from the front and side would help in the evaluation. The cheeks can be rasped down using a nasal bone rasp if they are too large or wide. The zygomatic arch should not be fractured inward, as is sometimes down in other countries outside the US, as this creates a tissue indentation and can cause issues with the Temporalis muscle when opening the mouth. Your cheeks look larger on this photo. It is impossible to determine whether large cheek bones, cheek fat compartments or a smaller, narrow lower face and chin is reason for facial disbalance? Detailed clinical evaluation and/or series of photos would help. Your options will include fat...

I do a lot of this for people around the world. You can reduce the cheeks and jaw for sure if that is your goal. Accutite (or facetite) afterwards is likely a good idea along the jaw line. You could also consider augmentation of the front of the cheek under the eye where it is a bit flat as that...
