Can any surgeries correct the width on either side of my eyes?

I have a wide mid/upper face. I'm I'm wondering if this seems like something that can be reduced with a cheekbone reduction or if there's any other procedures that could address it?

I do a lot of this for people around the world. You can reduce the cheeks and jaw for sure if that is your goal. Accutite (or facetite) afterwards is likely a good idea along the jaw line. You could also consider augmentation of the front of the cheek under the eye where it is a bit flat as that...

You do have flat cheeks. You may simply need cheek implants to adjust that area and provide some support for the lower part of your cheeks. This is an in office procedure for me.

Often lateral projection reduction is a mistake, but when indicated, anterior projection can be valuable. I do both frequently (When indicated) and find that osteotomy is usually not necessary as the bone can be reduced. ch
