Your cheeks look larger on this photo. It is impossible to determine whether large cheek bones, cheek fat compartments or a smaller, narrow lower face and chin is reason for facial disbalance? Detailed clinical evaluation and/or series of photos would help. Your options will include fat compartment reduction, cheek bone reduction and/or chin/jaw augmentation depending of underlying clinical condition.You should consult an experienced plastic surgeon or craniofacial surgeon for detailed evaluation and discuss your options. For your otherwise slim face the size of the main body of your cheekbones does seem disproportionately large. Reducing the the lower edge of the zygomatic body by an angled wedge of bone removal though an intaoral approach would be the technique of choice for your cheekbone reduction procedure. 

 Hi, from the photos your cheeks are very wide and full on the outside.  The cheeks can be reduced for a slimmer appearance.  It appears that you may also have a weak chin although a profile view would be needed to confirm that for certain.  A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger and the mid face look top heavy which would accentuate the appearance of the wide cheeks.  Chin augmentation, with a chin implant, would add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  Hope this helps.
