Will cheekbone reduction make my cheeks slimmer? (Photo)

Ive always had a Problem with my Face. I like it but there is something missing to be perfect in my eyes. I don't like my cheekbones they are to wide and to big. It would suit me more if they would get reduced. Would that look good. Just minimal. Would it be possible ?

Interesting observation, currently most women want fuller faces and would give anything for yours. Bone reduction procedures albeit possible are large operations with lots of downtime, I would suggest to start with a refining rhinoplasty, my guess is that you will be happy after that

For the most part, this is not commonly performed in the USA except by physicians generally experienced in craniofacial surgery. The risks short and long term are primarily related to nerve injury and secondarily to the sinus and bone healing complications with symmetry being difficult to guarantee.

I do a lot of this for people around the world. You can reduce the cheeks and jaw for sure if that is your goal. Accutite (or facetite) afterwards is likely a good idea along the jaw line. You could also consider augmentation of the front of the cheek under the eye where it is a bit flat as that...
