Overdue for Botox and filler. I’ve been noticing a sterner face. Normally I do brows, forehead, 11s, crows, nose, around my mouth. I’m thinking of asking for baby botox, tmj, neckband and adding chin filler when I do my lip filler. I have this suspicion that one side of my neck muscles is over active and it’s pulling down my jaw line. Would this switch in Botox areas give me a sharper/cleaner profile and leave me with more mid face/cheek mobility? Am I a good candidate for neck Botox?
Answer: Sharper jawline Based on your concerns, it sounds like you may benefit from a tailored approach to Botox and filler injections. Baby Botox is a lower dose of Botox that can help achieve a more subtle and natural look. TMJ injections can help relieve pain and tension in the jaw muscles, and neck band injections can help soften the appearance of vertical neck bands. Adding chin filler can help balance out the lower face and create a more defined jawline. However, it's important to have a consultation with a qualified and experienced provider who can evaluate your individual anatomy and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your desired outcome. Regarding your suspicion of an overactive neck muscle pulling down your jawline, a qualified provider may be able to assess this and determine if neck Botox injections are appropriate for you. Neck Botox can help relax the platysma muscle, which can improve the appearance of vertical neck bands and create a smoother neck contour. It's important to have realistic expectations about the outcome of Botox and filler injections, as individual results may vary. It's also important to choose a qualified and experienced provider who has a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques to help minimize the risk of complications. Best of luck !

Answer: Jawline Definition / Jawline Enhancement / Facial Sculpting / Facial Contouring -- injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Things you should know about injectable treatments Thank you for your question and photos. Botox is an excellent choice for slenderizing the lower third portion of the face as well as reducing the appearance of neck bands. Combining this treatment with chin filler is likely to create a sharper jawline contour and a balanced side profile. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced expert injector. They will be able to review your treatment history, discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with you, and help you decide on the best approach.

Answer: TMJ botox and a sharper jawline Botox for TMJ will slim down you face, but it will not improve or define your jawline as you expect. However I would recommend botox for platysmal bands and below your jawlind, to improve it and make it sharper. First and foremost have a clinical asessment by your injectr if you have true o false platysmal bands, the only ones that cand be injected are the true ones.

Answer: Platysmal Bands Botox From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for Botox in the playsmal bands to soften their appearance. You can consider Morpheus8 as well which uses RF technology and microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. Three treatment sessions are recommended for optimal results.
