I have been going to this practice for many years and have always had a great experience. I always leave the office feeling refreshed and looking natural. I never look like I have had too much botox and I love that people are surprised when I tell them I get botox. The staff is up to date on all the current products and anti aging solutions.

The front office staff are polite and professional and I never have to get a voicemail when I call. I can always speak to a receptionist. The office is nice and modern. There is ample and safe parking and the building is easy to find.

The doctors always take time with me and listen to my concerns. They offer suggestions, but never try to over sell me and I appreciate that.

I would love to see more specials offered. Additionally, a referral incentive would be a nice thing to offer too.

I love that when I call an actual person answers the phone. The office is beautiful and modern. The parking is simple and the office is easy to find.

I always leave feeling refreshed and never look overdone.

Have been going to Pro MD for a long time. Amanda always makes me look natural and refreshed. The office is beautiful, parking is easy and the staff are friendly. I also love that I get to speak to live person when I call.

Dr. Gavrila is a fantastic doc who listens and makes you feel very comfortable. He's great at teaching you what he is doing and the "why". He takes his time to get the right spot for your botox, it's not haphazard as some places have seem to been done to me in the past. Additionally, the office staff is fabulous and the office itself is beautiful and smells so fantastic! I am looking forward to a long relationship with ProMD Health and recommend the practice to everyone. Thanks Dr. G and staff!

I have had had the experience of encountering several providers who have tried to meet my personal goals with different treatments. They have all had unsuccessful attempts, because no doctor ever really heard what I needed and desired. Dr Gavrila not only listened to my story but used it to find the best possible outcome. I appreciate his expertise, knowledge and professionalism.

A+++ I always go to Dr Gavrilla for my Botox for the last 10 years or so. He delivers the look I am going for without overdoing it, which helps keep my costs down per treatment. Additionally, the Botox bank program that they offer makes it the best pricing I’ve ever seen. I love using this crew for my Botox so much I often throw Botox parties and get my friends in here as well. You just can’t beat the bang for the buck here while still obtaining top notch quality!

I reached out to Dr. G when I was unhappy with the results of poorly placed fillers from a different provider that left me feeling so self conscious and just really bad about myself. Dr. G was so nice and understanding and told me he'd be able to help me. I booked an appointment and was able to be seen so quickly. He listened to my concerns and was able to fix the problem and then some!! I walked out of his office feeling like a million bucks. Since then,, I see Dr. G for all of my aesthetic needs, I have 100% trust in him and his team (they are all so sweet and caring!) I am always thrilled with my results! After having my first child, my butt grew during pregnancy then deflated after birth. Dr Gavrilla recommended Sculptra to plump my booty back up to the size it was when I was pregnant. It also gave it a slight lift. No gym, no work, instant results! I loved the instant gratification! This reminds me of getting my lips done but in my booty! The procedure injects a numbing agent along with the product which makes the process more comfortable. Once it was done, Dr G checked in with me periodically to see how I was doing and made me feel so comfortable. The procedure left some bruising, but I bruise easy. It is quick and easy with great results. I def recommend this treatment for anyone who needs a boost back in their booty.. Dr G is the man!

I’ve been seeing Amy and Dr. George for my Botox and fillers for about 7-8 months now and I can honestly say I am thrilled with my results. They are very professional and they always listen to how I feel and the results I am trying to achieve. Dr. George is always available to answer any questions I have. He never makes you feel unimportant or that you are only one of many patients. He is always there to make you feel comfortable and informed. I know I can always count on them to give me their honest opinion without belittling me. Their front desk staff is very personable and they are always very accommodating. Their office is clean and has beautiful decor. It’s definitely not your typical, generic doctors office. I always feel like a VIP when I come here! I can’t wait to get more treatments in near future! I love my ProMD!

I'd been looking into getting lip fillers for a little while; mostly for my top lip, as it is thin and nearly disappears when I smile. I liked the photos on Dr. G's page the most, so I made an appointment with him.

First I was met by his assistant. We discussed what my goals were and she suggested restylane kysse. The molecules in that formula are smaller and are better suited for small lips like mine. She and Dr. G both made sure I knew not to expect a very dramatic change after just one procedure and that I should only inject 1 syringe at this time. I think that this shows that they genuinely care about the outcome and aren't just out to get your money.

Just before the procedure, Dr. G inspected my lips and pointed out some asymmetry that he was going to try to work around/correct. I told him I was nervous because I'd never had any work done before (and I'm super afraid of needles). He made sure that I was comfortable (and numb). I was told the procedure would be 15 minutes but it felt much faster.

Afterwards I felt a little shaky, so I asked his assistant if it would be okay for me to sit and hang out for a bit until I feel better. As soon as I mentioned this, she went to grab me a water and some hard candy so I wouldn't faint. It was a really nice gesture and it helped a lot.

Overall, I had both great results and a great experience. I feel very lucky to have chosen this place for my first experience and would absolutely recommend it to others.

It’s been one week, and I’m really impressed with the results. I had no bruising at all, hardly any swelling, and the swelling diminished by the time I went to bed the night of the procedure. I was worried that the filler might dissipate a little over the next week, but they still look the same as the day I got them done.

I’m usually one to “shop around”, especially with expensive purchases, but I don’t feel the need to after this experience. I highly recommend ProMD Health.

I have been coming to Dr Gavrilla for many years and most recently got my botox and lip filler done again. This was my first time back for these treatments after a break due to pregnancy. He made me feel so much better again. I love the results and the personable care that all of the staff provides. He always stays on top of the latest techniques and provides unbeatable pricing. I know I’m always in good hands when I come to Dr. Gavrilla!

Dr. Gabriella are friendly and efficient. The pricing makes it affordable enough to maintain the results to soften my frown lines, but still have normal expressions. I will definitely be going back in the future.
