If someone gets HA filler, a persistent area may be improved with the dissolving enzyme in many cases. I believe that would be the next best step. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
It is hard to answer this question without knowing what your nose looked like before that initial filler several years ago. Also, we would need to know what type and how much of the filler was used.Generally speaking though, most fillers should have dissolved within 2 years of the injection, though some "dissolvable" fillers can last up to 5 years (unlikely). On the other hand, if a permanent filler was used (e.g., silicone, artefill), then that will not dissolve and you will need a surgical correction in Rhinoplasty to remove that "bump" that you are describing. My advice to you is to consult with some experienced in both surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty (e.g., a board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon) so that you receive an expert and unbiased opinion.Hope this helps!Blake Raggio, MD

You're a doctor prick the area 20 times because he was concerned about your pain during the procedure. That red area could be from the additional needle sticks. It's not clear from your narrative, how long ago your procedure took place. If this is an immediate after, I think most of your...
We have had good success utilizing micro droplet Silikon 1000 nasal injections for augmenting the effects of a silicone implant on the bridge of the nose, or sometimes for camouflaging visible graft edges. Thank you for this question, and I hope it helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
