As stated by Dr Stratis, fibroids are not found within the layer where liposuction is performed. It should not complicate the procedure you would just need to be examined to be certain that they are indeed fibroids and not lipomas in which case liposuction and fat transfer would still be an option it may just require a different approach. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to easily determine the difference and create a plan that is best for you. Be well and good luck!

The fibroids are inside the belly and the fat is external to the muscles. The liposuction (and fate transfer) can be done safely with the fibroids. You should be aware that your skin may not shrink down and you may want a tummy tuck instead.
