My optometrist said the bags in upper corners of my eyelids is hereditary. Is there a corrective surgery for this? (photo)

Bags under the eyes can have many causes and yes, heredity is one of them. Other factors that influence the under eye area are: aging changes, sun  and smoking exposure, Fluid retention allergies, less sleep and skin wrinkles. There are many treatments including Skincare, facial fillers, Blepharoplasty eyelid surgery and laser resurfacing or chemical peels.
