Yes, it is possible to expose more eyelid platform.  Less is more in these situations.  It is very easy to raise a fold and impossible to lower the fold.  For this reason, it pays to be very conservative.  I would recommend a very carefully tailored Asian anchor blepharoplasty approach.  Generally, with the anchor approach one only sees a single fold.
