I am 42 years old and my face has always been chubby. Although I don't have wrinkles, my face is starting to sag around the corners of my mouth. What is the most inexpensive
Answer: Sagging corners of the mouth You are in the early stages of sagging that really can only be properly addressed with a facelift. You are a bit young to have a facelift, but other so called quick fixes are usually a dissappointment. I advise you hold off for a few years until you feel a faceluft would be worth undergoing.

Answer: Fillers can sometimes substitute for surgery for selective facial aging problems. The depressions between the corner of the mouth in the jaw line can be treated with fillers. There is the development of jowling which would be best addressed by a facelift. The choice of treatment is contingent upon your expectations

Answer: Treatment for sagging at the corner of the mouth Either fillers or fillers plus a very small amount of Botox should be able to improve the appearance. Filler will plump the area that is currently in a shadow to minimize the appearance of sagging. Botox will relax the muscles that pull down the corners of the mouth and minimize the appearance of downturn. For patients with a"chubby" face, sometimes the filler will add a little too much bulk if you try to correct the area fully, and surgery may be the answer. However, it is definitely best to try filler first since you will most likely see major improvement even if it's not fully corrected. Good luck.

Answer: Injectables to elevate the corners of the mouth Turning up the corners of the mouth can be achieved by using a combination of fillers and Botox. A small amount of Botox can be injected into the depressor anguli oris, the muscle that turns down the mouth corners. In about a week, the downward pull on the corners relaxes and the upward pull of the smile muscles takes over and essentially turns your frown "upside down!." Fillers like Restylane, Juvederm and Radiesse also can be used to help turn up the corners of the mouth and fill in the pre-jowl areas and marionette lines.
