Answer: Injectables to elevate the corners of the mouth Turning up the corners of the mouth can be achieved by using a combination of fillers and Botox. A small amount of Botox can be injected into the depressor anguli oris, the muscle that turns down the mouth corners. In about a week, the downward pull on the corners relaxes and the upward pull of the smile muscles takes over and essentially turns your frown "upside down!." Fillers like Restylane, Juvederm and Radiesse also can be used to help turn up the corners of the mouth and fill in the pre-jowl areas and marionette lines.
