Your nerves from your breasts have been slightly stretched and swollen from the operation. As this swelling goes down around the nerves the sensation and erectile function should return. I suspect by the time you read this posting the sensation will even be more improved... Yes it should return fully... 

More than likely the erectile function of the nipple will return as the swelling subsides. Best of luck and be patient good luck.

The numbness and smooth areola in the lower half of the nipple indicate that the nerve has stretched and is going to need several months to recover. Most often the nipple will recover and become fully erect again.

More than likely, this will resolve on its' own.  Breast implants stretch out (or maybe even break) the nerves which causes nerve dysfunction.  Your nerves are just stretched and should recover, but it may take 3 - 12 months. 

The fact that you have partial correction of the nipple means that your nerve has not been cut but is most likely just stretched and temporarily not fully functional.   The fact that you have some erection likely means that you will fully recover.
