I had my BA March 5th and the lower half of my right nipple has been soft ever since and does not become erect when the top half and my left nipple do. I have very little sensation there at this point, but I understand that's normal. Will it be able to be erect again? It looks quite funny all soft when the rest of it is erect. I had 440cc Sientra moderate profile implant placed under the muscle with a crease incision.

A loaded question but basically the size of an implant will dictate how far the nipple should ideally be from the fold and if it is not that distance an incision lower down on the chest would likely be used to accomodate for the size of the implants
Infections after breast augmentation are caused by the same sorts of bacterial contamination that we see with almost any type of post-operative infection. If an infection is serious enough to cause the skin edges at the incision closure to dehisce or open up, then the scar quality for that...
I would typically leave it up to your surgeon but I understand how you feel! Use a Q-tip and dip in a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water and gently run the Q-tip over the area. Don't force a scab off because that can lead to scarring if you take a scab off that isn't ready to come off....
