There is a lot of loose fat underneath my chin. I would like to lose it

Answer: Chin Liposuction Thank you for your question.It is very difficult to tell from this photo. It's not a question of what other people think. It is a matter of if you want it improved and there is some extra fat that can be removed.

Answer: Consider chin implant to make the jawline look better You're thin and I do not see a full fatty double chin at least on the photo that you provided.Based only on that photograph you might consider a chin implant to lengthen the jawline which will improve the profile.If there is palpable fat beneath the chin then a liposuction can be done at the same procedure.You need a formal consultation in person by board certified plastic surgeon to discuss with you the difference between a chin implant and liposuction of the neck beneath the chin so that you may clearly understand the options and the different results that you will achieve.

Answer: Lipo works! Liposuction works to remove fat, and if that is what you have under your chin, then lipo is an answer. Many of my patients will have a small amount of chin lipo done, just an ounce of fat removed, and have dramatic results.The unknown element is the skin, but the younger the skin, the more elastic it will be, and shrink over the new smaller contour.
