The photo you provided is not ideal to evaluate you for possible liposuction under your chin. The lighting is a bit dark under your chin so it is difficult to see your upper neck fully. It does not appear that there is a significant amount of excess fat under your chin, but other photos or an evaluation in person could lead to a different opinion.
Thank you for your question. It is very difficult to tell from this photo. It's not a question of what other people think. It is a matter of if you want it improved and there is some extra fat that can be removed. To be sure, see two or more boardcertified and experienced plastic surgeons in your area for a full and completeevaluation.I hope this helps.
Liposuction in the neck can remove excess fatty tissue leading to a more defined jaw line and chin. Your best option would be to have a consultation with a surgeon with expertise in treating the neck. Your surgeon will be able to examine you and tell you if you are a good candidate for the procedure.
Liposuction works to remove fat, and if that is what you have under your chin, then lipo is an answer. Many of my patients will have a small amount of chin lipo done, just an ounce of fat removed, and have dramatic results. The unknown element is the skin, but the younger the skin, the more elastic it will be, and shrink over the new smaller contour.
Helloand thank you for your question.Unfortunately the photo is not clear enough to giveyou any definitive advice. It does not appear as though you have significantfat under your chin by the photo provided. However you would benefit from achin implant. I recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeonin consultation to get more specific answers to your questions which can best beaddressed after a thorough history and examination is performed.Best of luck to you!
You're thin and I do not see a full fatty double chin at least on the photo that you provided.Based only on that photograph you might consider a chin implant to lengthen the jawline which will improve the profile. If there is palpable fat beneath the chin then a liposuction can be done at the same procedure. You need a formal consultation in person by board certified plastic surgeon to discuss with you the difference between a chin implant and liposuction of the neck beneath the chin so that you may clearly understand the options and the different results that you will achieve.
"For a double chin, InMode FaceTite with VASERlipo would give you the best result. With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, I would recommend lasers (Fraxel, CO2, Halo, or Erbium) and microneedling RF...

Thank you for your question. For the most predictable results, it is best to have a stable weight at the time of surgery. Your weight gain and weight loss can lead to unpredictable or unsatisfactory results. To be sure, see two or more board certified and experienced plastic surgeons in...
