Hi there, I am 22 but I got my 320cc saline implants in December 2018 after I turned 18. I went from a 32B to 34DD but I’m going off of how I was sized when I first got them since I might be a full C or small D. I was happy with my results until this past year, I feel smaller. My surgery was done under the muscle with incisions on inframammary fold. I want more volume and noticeable creases on the insides of my breasts. Would I benefit from 450cc saline implants without bottoming out?
