Question

I've been training for more than a year, but i just cannot close the big gap between my left and my right pec. The gap isn't even symetrical and the more i train them, the gap stands out noticeable. I really would like to know if there's anything i can do to fix that?

Five things you
must know about increasing and creating better cleavage to the pectoral
muscles:

1.Looking at your pictures I see
that your pectoral muscle and the sterna plate is a little more spread than
most people are. Rest assured, this is a natural variation which is not
extremely unusual.

2.Grafting fat into that area is probably your best option to create more
fullness centrally and better cleavage.

3.Simply by going to the gym and
working out more, will actually make it more extreme as you are
just making the muscle more pronounced.

4.A pectoral implant, depending on
what you have in mind for your result, may also be helpful to increase that cleavage with or
without fat injections being involved.5. Make
sure you select a board-certified physician
that is experienced in male plastic
surgery, specifically pectoral implants as this is very different from
breast implants in women.

I think the only way to address your issue is to either perform a fat transfer or placed custom implant in that area. Such implants are custom made for each individual and are more predictable than fat transfers

The implants have been placed below your muscle and a good job at that . The gap is your natural muscle attachment and not much can be done about that.
You can probably close the gap by fillers, but I suggest you do nothing and appreciate this result.

I have extensive experience in male plastic surgery.  I would recommend a fat transfer to this area OR a custom implant to fill in this gap.  You seem like you dont have much fat so an implant might be a better solution for you.
