I've been training for more than a year, but i just cannot close the big gap between my left and my right pec. The gap isn't even symetrical and the more i train them, the gap stands out noticeable. I really would like to know if there's anything i can do to fix that?

Thank you for your question. In most cases, the scar for pectoral implants is in the armpit. For post-operative scar management I recommend massage, Biocorneum scar cream and time. Good luck, make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Your lower sternum does have some indentation/depression to it. The belly sticking out may make it look a little deeper than what it is but not signifcantly so. Exercise is not the solution to a depressed lower sternum, adding volume by fat transfer or a small sternal implant are the treatment...
