Abdominoplasty scars can be quite complex, ranging from the simple hypertrophic scar to a multiplane inflamed keloid. Just based on your photos, you needed the vertical component and the extended instead of just the regular tummy tuck. Go back to your surgeon and discuss your options. You are not 'botched", just not completed.

Though you are still early in the healing process it appears likely that a revision will benefit you. There is still too much laxity which could be further improved. Typically you will want to wait 9-12 months from your surgery before proceeding with a revision. Meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
