"Slot machine" belly button - options?

I’ve had a tummy tuck in 2018, however I’ve been left with what I can only describe as a slot machine for a belly button. when i raised this with my surgeon he told me i should of had a fleur de ly, but he told me on my initial consultation this was not needed,

It looks to me like you would benefit from liposuction. An exam will be necessary, but your skin appears to have good elasticity, your muscles (presumably) have already been repaired. This would leave the subcuticular fat which when thinned, can make a dramatic difference. Thank you.
