"Slot machine" belly button - options?

I’ve had a tummy tuck in 2018, however I’ve been left with what I can only describe as a slot machine for a belly button. when i raised this with my surgeon he told me i should of had a fleur de ly, but he told me on my initial consultation this was not needed,

It is very likely that excision of skin from sternum to pubis will be needed to correct the overall appearance of your abdomen. Bally button can be properly managed in that time. In person or teleconference second opinion consultation(s) with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in body contouring surgery is recommended. Good luck.
