What can be done to correct previous mini tummy tuck and umbilical float results? (photos)

Question

My surgeon has expressed that i may need a full tuck after my mini. I hae alot of skin that just didnt get tight. I had muscle repair, float, and yes he made an incision above the BB, i have previous sccarring onn the bottom of BB from laps. I obviously cant have a full tuck now without neoumbilicoplasty. Could a reverse tuck get rid of some of this without needing a new BB?

It looks to me like you would benefit from liposuction. An exam will be necessary, but your skin appears to have good elasticity, your muscles (presumably) have already been repaired. This would leave the subcuticular fat which when thinned, can make a dramatic difference. Thank you.

Hello; Reverse abdominoplasty is a method; that used if there is skin laxity in the upper abdomen. You have excess skin; in the lower abdomen field. If the upper abdomen skin laxity is sufficient; I recommend for a full abdominoplasty. If not; first, skin tightening with Renuvion J Plasma is performed and 6 months later, skin excision can be implemented; from the lower abdomen, for the remaining loose skin.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You need to post photos with your standing upright to see where the excess skin sits. If you have lower excess skin, it can be removed again safely like another mini. The reverse tuck sometimes just pulls the breasts down lower and may not be the best choice.
