9 months after tummy tuck - Sore on epigastric area with ball feeling underneath skin.

Hi, I had full tummy tuck last November. Recently, I have been feeling sore on my epigastric, even more sore when I touched it. It felt like ball underneath my skin. I went for ultrasound check, it showed blood flow in two areas. Then I went to see my plastic surgeon for examination. She felt it and said it’s suture. A I suppose to feel like this forever? It’s hurting and bothering me.

It looks to me like you would benefit from liposuction. An exam will be necessary, but your skin appears to have good elasticity, your muscles (presumably) have already been repaired. This would leave the subcuticular fat which when thinned, can make a dramatic difference. Thank you.
