Hi, I had full tummy tuck last November. Recently, I have been feeling sore on my epigastric, even more sore when I touched it. It felt like ball underneath my skin. I went for ultrasound check, it showed blood flow in two areas. Then I went to see my plastic surgeon for examination. She felt it and said it’s suture. A I suppose to feel like this forever? It’s hurting and bothering me.

You need to post photos with your standing upright to see where the excess skin sits. If you have lower excess skin, it can be removed again safely like another mini. The reverse tuck sometimes just pulls the breasts down lower and may not be the best choice.
You will have permanent numbness in the lower center abdomen since the sensory nerves were cut. This is normal and expected. You might try gaining weight to gently stretch out all your tissue, including your muscles, and then losing weight to keep some additional tissue.
For a revision your surgeon will need to make incisions to address your concerns. If there are concerns with the muscle wall above the level of the belly button then an incision around the umbilicus will need to be made. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you...
