Options for shingles scar on chin? (Photo)

I had the shingles in October and am left with this scar. I am wondering if there are any options that are better than others. Should I be worried about having a worse scar from serial excision ? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

A dermatologist should biopsy the lesions. I would treat the pigmentation alone with Luminase and Exfolase creams followed by fractional laser.Best, Dr. Karamanoukian#Realself100 Surgeon
