Thanks for your question and posting a picture. First you are beautiful just the way you are. Very few people have perfect skin and those people usually have other, much bigger problems. It's not cost effective to go after one tiny defect in your skin. There appears to be a little bit of sun damage on your checks. IF you were already targeting the pigment, they could put a several pulses on this defect. The PicoSure FOCUS would work well on both the pigment and gentle resurfacing. Alternatively, you could get some IPL PhotoFacials for the pigment and get them to switch handpieces to a 1540 nm for fractional resurfacing and put some pulses on that spot.
