Just had a scar revision done a month and a half ago and the scars look much worse. Scar on my nose is very indented and so much more noticeable. Can a filler help me?

When injecting the nose, more care must occur due to the risk of causing occlusion or blockage of the blood vessels so I would make sure that the physician you seek has the reversal agent just in case that is necessary. If the scar remains objectionable at that time you can try dermal fillers to improve its appearance, typically in combination with subcision.
