Can a filler help an indented scar on nose after a scar revision? (photo)

Just had a scar revision done a month and a half ago and the scars look much worse. Scar on my nose is very indented and so much more noticeable. Can a filler help me?

The bottom line is you can push up a depressed scar with an injectable filler. When injecting the nose,  more care must occur due to the risk of causing occlusion or blockage of the blood vessels so I would make sure that the physician you seek has the reversal agent just in case that is necessary. Thank you for sharing your question.  I would advocate allowing your scar revision results time to fully mature, upwards of 6+ months before assessing the need for additional treatments.  If the scar remains objectionable at that time you can try dermal fillers to improve its appearance, typically in combination with subcision.  I am attaching a link below that may provide you with more information.

Thank you for your photo. Fillers can help with scar removal. Injectable fillers help raise the scars and give your skin a smooth appearance. Hypertrophic scars can be treated with steroid injections that will diminish their appearance. Please make sure you get a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist.
