Just had a scar revision done a month and a half ago and the scars look much worse. Scar on my nose is very indented and so much more noticeable. Can a filler help me?

I would advocate allowing your scar revision results time to fully mature, upwards of 6+ months before assessing the need for additional treatments. If the scar remains objectionable at that time you can try dermal fillers to improve its appearance, typically in combination with subcision.
