Can a filler help an indented scar on nose after a scar revision? (photo)

Just had a scar revision done a month and a half ago and the scars look much worse. Scar on my nose is very indented and so much more noticeable. Can a filler help me?

These scars can be improved with a combination of lasers (ProYellow, Excel V, VBeam), Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. Cost will vary, but I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer
