Is it ok using benzoyl peroxide to help get rid of acne after hair transplant? I was wondering for how long and is it ok to use to use 10% benzoyl peroxide? Also i wanted to know how long does it take to get one's hair back in the donor area?

There should be no difference in your surgical planning if you choose or not choose to be on medications. If you were told differently then it is at the discretion of your surgeon. A good surgeon should be able to plan for surgery with the worst case scenario in mind.
