While it is impossible to tell for sure from a simple photo and without a physical exam, your situation could be as simple as muscle weakness problem with weakness on the right where the lid is coming down over your pupil, to an intracrainial issue like a tumor that is causing the pressure on the left and asymmetrical appearance. You need to see an opthalmologist and/or a neurologist without delay. You may need an MRI or a CT scan for diagnosis.
