What is this bubble and should I be concerned? (Photo)

So i just got a rhinoplasty done monday the 26th. I obviously hadn't noticed the bubble when i got my packing out on the 27th. but when i went to clean it i noticed this very sore spot and it's in the shape of a bubble. it hurts very much to even lightly touch.

Kissing after rhinoplasty is super safe after 1 month since the construct will be super stable. Earlier kissing has to be done by discretion and you have to avoid hitting your nose.
