What is this bubble and should I be concerned? (Photo)

So i just got a rhinoplasty done monday the 26th. I obviously hadn't noticed the bubble when i got my packing out on the 27th. but when i went to clean it i noticed this very sore spot and it's in the shape of a bubble. it hurts very much to even lightly touch.

Thank you for your question.  Although your photo is a bit blurry, the bubble of concern appears to be located where you had the incision inside your nose.  At one week post-op, it may be a little granuloma or area of irritation at the incision site.  I recommend that you contact your surgeon and discuss your concerns; he/she may be able to help.
