On Dec I got Botox for my severe tmj. 50 units on each side. For the next 4-6 weeks my chewing bc very heavy and it was tiresome to eat. While biting down on a sandwich my jaw locked. Saw a dentist and he said my disc was slipped. Could this be caused by the Botox? I thought it was just from my tmj but I recently got 25 on each side again, and I am experiencing similar heaviness. I did not get Botox from a dentist but from a medical spa. Thank you!
