Are there any contraindications for someone with the above mentioned conditions with Botox and fillers on cheeks or lips. I am 36 female currently with an AA episode ( just one bald spot ) and I am considering Botox on m jaw for TMJ relief and possibly fillers on cheek or lip. I am worried that these procedures could trigger an episode of alopecia areata. Is it safe? Went from hypo to hyper due to too much meds, working on lowering or stopping meds.
