Can I have my implants out without putting new ones in? (Photos)

Absolutely you can have your implants removed without augmenting again. Breast implants have been linked to two different types of cancer per the FDA. With getting a new set, you may be harming yourself with breast implant illness again. This is for both saline and silicone implants. There have been many ladies that fit your profile and are doing well after explant. 

Thank you for your question and the photos you provided. It does appear like you do not have a lot of breast tissue or fat to the upper chest. So when your breast implants are removed, they may look similar to 24 year old chest, prior to surgery, but now with saggier skin. You may want to consider fat grafting and skin tightening after breast implant removal. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Hello @Casey13, thank you for your question. Yes, you can have implants remove without putting new ones. The surgical procedure would imply a breast reconstruction, because taking out the volume that the prosthesis gave will require repositioning of the tissues. In this way, you would achieve an aesthetic result and if you want to have a little more volume a breast fat transfer would be another option after the explant. Due to the experience of so many explantation surgeries practiced in these 21 years I consider that the L-shaped incision is the minimum and smallest scar possible in this surgery.
