At 24 I had gone from a C cup to an A after 2 kids. I had 575cc silicone put in to be a D. At 43 I no longer want implants. I’m 5’8 130 lbs with no fat on my upper body. You can see and feel my implants even though they are below the muscle. They ripple in the cleavage, sides and underneath. I saw a plastic surgeon to have them out and he says I don’t have enough of my own breast tissue to have no implants. What are my options? I would be ok with a lift and A boobs.

Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. My answer is limited because I was not able to exmine you myself. However, I would recommend implant removal and breast lift to assist with your neck/back pain. When your implants and smaller and not hanging, your pain should improve.
